Hi Team,

SAMSUNG S21 PLUS GREEN LINE IS coming after software update and service center saying 3 years completed, bit everyone knows this is a Software bug update, so please help to resolve to change my display free for green line s21 plus.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Service center not agree as 3 years completed, but it's clear software updste bug issue, display needs to be replaced with free

Thanks, tried all safe mode, restart, and service center and email saying that 3 years completed so simply denying
Which is not acceptable since samsung company itself claimed that it's a Software bug issue and will fix, but they cannot restrict with some fixed time period, please fix this on priority by allowing to make this free for s21 plus which is past 4 months 3 years
