Seriously, I don't see Samsung doing well in India anymore.

The green line thing started with the S20, and now it's on the S23 and even the S24.

This is a big deal now, it's happening a lot.

If OnePlus can give free screen replacements forever, why can't Samsung, which is way bigger, do it too?

People are already going to other brands. If Samsung doesn't fix this soon, it might be screwed.

We decided to switch to another brand due to this issue.
My Samsung Galaxy S21 FE developed a green line on the display.
Last Sunday, we purchased an OPPO phone instead of going with Samsung again.

This is so unacceptable from a brand like ScAMSUNG
So many users are complaining about the battery and green/pink line issues but Samsung is doing nothing and they are too involved in OS updates as they've promised for 4 to 7 years of updates and forget other issues
It's like we will keep our promise we give you 7 years of OS updates but will not fix BUGS

All these issues are coming after updating to ONE UI 7

Maybe ScAMSUNG wants us to change our phones every 2-3 years

Last yr i have commented that s24 will get green line...like that it happened..next yr it will be s25...green line issue is coming after 1 yr...so that the warranty will not be covered as well as people will buy new phones

Bro, one of my friends is using a OnePlus phone, which he has been using for the last 5 years. Two weeks ago, a green line appeared. He visited the service center, and they only checked if the phone had been opened before. Then, they asked him to pay 6000 and offered him a OnePlus 12R.

Issue is those who don't use samsung will go for it and these form the base of their customers. We users who suffered wont ever buy for sure. This brand needs to be taught a lesson though.

Those who buy are buying when prices of flagship drops. But compared to these iPhone prices don't have a massive drop. So new buyers buy Samsung in the hope of having flagship features because they cant buy iPhone. The ones who buy Samsung s series are the ones who are bored with apple. Its just a matter of time before they go back to plain apple.
