Galaxy S
I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to the latest software version on Novembermonth, and since then, I’ve been facing a serious issue with the display. The screen now has a green tint, and there is consistent flickering, making it extremely difficult to use the device.
This issue started immediately after the update, and I’ve tried restarting the device and adjusting the display settings, but the problem persists. The phone was working perfectly before the update, so I suspect the new software might be causing the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a fix available, or should I contact support for further assistance?
Device Details:
• Model: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
• Purchased on: August 2023
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm really sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with your Galaxy S23 Ultra. It sounds like the green tint and flickering might indeed be related to the recent software update. While restarting and adjusting display settings were good initial steps, you may also want to try the following:
1. Clear Cache Partition:
Turn off your phone.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
Use the volume buttons to navigate to ‘Wipe Cache Partition’ and select it with the Power button.
2. Check for Another Update: Samsung frequently releases patches to resolve issues. Go to Settings > Software Update and ensure you’re on the latest version.
3. Boot in Safe Mode: This can help determine if a third-party app is causing the problem. Restart your phone and hold the Volume Down button when the logo appears until Safe Mode is enabled.
If the issue persists, it’s best to contact Samsung Support directly or visit an authorized service centre. Since your phone is under warranty, they should be able to assist you.
