Green Line on my S23 since today morning, really disappointed with the Quality of Samsung.
Using iPhone 12 about 5 years and no LINE ISSUE but S23 showing in just 2 years of Using.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like Please accept it's as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Samsung has become worst in products as well as service. My S23 have 18 lines on screen after update 3 months finished no proper response solution or spare from Samsung Support and service. Shame on samsung. I have wasted my time for solution best is throw the device or burn the device record and tag samsung in social media. Dont waste time on samsung and its flagship.

Same thing happened on my S21 FE after latest update two days ago and now service center is refusing to replace the screen without full payment citing some minute dent at the side of mobile body that has nothing to do with this.

But I'm very much happy with my 5+ yrs old iPhone 12, after so many updates no LINE till date!

Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps which may help in resolving this issue:

● Kindly restart your device.

● Update software on device: apps screen > Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Issue still persists and now it's showing another Line which one is Light Red in colour.
