Contacted Samsung again. They declined free screen replacement and discounted replacement also. Is this why Samsung promoting new products. Use for 1 year and get a free line then buy next product. What the hell is this Samsung. I didn't expect such a thing from you guys.
Costing around 11.5k for screen replacement is like nuts. So bye guys. This will be my last post on this forum. I will be switching to some other phone in some months. Thankyou Samsung for your great cooperation and service.

I had this problem with my M52 last year due the software update of security patch level August 1, and I'm getting the screen of my m52 replaced for free. It's currently in the service center for repair. This post will definitely help you:

Just make sure that you visit the service center and get a job sheet number for your device regarding this issue. After that, download National Consumer Helpline app from play store and create a grievance. After submitting the grievance, you will receive a call from Samsung within the next day or two days after you've submitted your grievance. Do all of these within 30 days after you generate a job sheet number since the job sheet number is available for 30 days only and you'll have to get a new one if things are not done on time.

Oh right I had the same problem. I tried condensing the pictures of the error reports screenshot and my conversation with them in pdf and uploaded it but that didn't work. Rather, only the condition of my phone uploaded successfully which I uploaded as a JPG file.

Do NOT listen to people in the comments saying complaint to Samsung Customer Support through error reports. I have done it and they did NOT help me. They said that my product is out if warranty so they can't go against their policies.
