Hi, I have been a Samsung fan boy since S7 edge and after that bought a Note 8 and here arrives my worst decision to put much trust into Samsung and bought a S20 Plus on October 2020 and after 2 year of wonderful use with care I am blessed with an update and after that they gifted me with one vertical green line which likely got multiplied after everyday using, I paid 15k + their labour charge and few days of wait I got my phone back and guess what I got these Green Line back after 2 year use and they still charges the same amount to get it replace, in the conclusion I would rather suggest to buy a American brand over this power hungry Korean product worst customer support for their own faulty design and to be rest aside already filed a case at consumer court. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
