Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about a persistent vertical green line that has appeared on the display of my Galaxy s23 ultra.


Issue Description:

The vertical green line appeared suddenly on [ 21-Feb-2026 ] And [13-march-2026] second green line appeared.immediately following the recent [One UI Update/Security Patch]. The phone has not experienced any physical damage, water damage, or drops. It has been used with extreme care. 

I bought my phone from oman.Can i get free display replacement in india?
 
This issue is widely recognized as a display defect caused by software updates affecting AMOLED displays, often referred to as the "Green Line Issue". As this is a manufacturing/software-induced fault and not caused by misuse, I request a free screen replacement as per the extended warranty policy for this issue.


 Given that this is a recognized technical fault by Samsung, I believe I should not bear the cost.
I request you to escalate this case and provide a free replacement of the display at the earliest.
Looking forward to a prompt resolution.This is a "One-time FOC (Free of Cost) repair policy for Line on Display".

My s21 fe display shows two green lines . I visit to nearest samsung care center, after two days they returned my phone. They said it was my mishandling cause .
