Got a S24 ultra yesterday but the pen is stuck and skin looks like it's peeling

I cant access my s pen and it looks like the skin is peeling off so am afraid of pulling it that it may break 😪 any one experienced this ?

I experienced the same, I had to pull it harder and there was some kind of debris inside.

Thank you pulled it out almost quater but felt really stuck still will try it again hope it doesn't break

Did you buy it from a samsung store?

No but from from a reputable phone store . They are a samsung and iPhone distributor

Return the phone to the seller and exchange it
