Hi friends, I bring to all that my s21 5g device recently reset to factory settings and installed with android 15 version os existing on device, after that google playsystem not updated and shows 1st February 2025. I have updated as and when available before resetting the last updated play system 1st September 25. Any suggestions please let me know to get latest update. And moreover, Yesterday sent error report narrated the issue , to my surprise responded earbuds installation sync etc details from Samsung, later again submitted but no good response

This is normal after a factory reset. Your phone will get updated to Oct 2025 after a while. Please keep checking and be patient.

It's normal and common after a factory data reset. By the way kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon.
