Google play store system update

I was having October updates after I am factory reset my s23u I am stuck on July 

 updates

Go to this website and download the November main components. After installation go to playstore and update.

I didn't even update play store when to check and it's November after installing that apk am surprised thanks it works

What happens is that google play store will not be updated to the latest version if you have older date. As soon as you install the main components google play will update to the latest version
