Google map is not working. please help

Dear Samsung Team.

Greetings!

Can you please help me out that my Google map is not working. It keep on saying GPS Signal lost..

How come i have 4G+ DU network here in Dubai. When i search and navigate to location it says GPS signal lost...

Kindly help.

I have done everything reinstall Google map but problem is still there.

Hi Jawad, you could be in a different location where GPS has no signal or AGPS is not working on the device. Please make sure to connect first while in open space and has good network signal from Du to allow assisted GPS to connect to GPS system.

I'm not satisfied with your answer. I'm using Samsung S8+. cell is working perfectly. i tried it on roof and open area like ground but still same problem GPS signal lost... i tried to others navigation apps all are saying GPS signal lost.
