Galaxy SWe’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’re facing. Please try the following steps that may help resolve the issue:
1. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Storage.
2. Tap Clear cache.
Additionally, check that Auto-sync and Location services, as these settings could be causing the problem.
Ensure that all your apps and system software are up to date.
Finally, perform a force reboot by pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for at least 7 seconds until your device restarts
