Google Play Books Autonatically Disables

hi there fellow users. is there a reason that Google play books automatically disables itself from the galaxy S7 after a few days or after one is disconnected from the internet?

I have gone on Google play books app page on the play store and someone left a similar review, Google have a generic answer of clearing cache but that didn't work out.

any help?

settings -> apps -> show system apps->
google partner setup ->storage -> clear data
