I downloaded a vpn,then take out my sim.after that i cleared data on my galaxy store.went to vpn and picked any country in USA.then went back to galaxy store and downloaded the app.But i downloaded my plugins before i put my sim back.and stopped my Vpn and voila it was working.it did not want to take the first country but i tried till it worked
