Is it just me or others have also noticed a slight halt when you pull up task changer and it stays in it's  default  transition  for a fraction  of second and then goes to the transition that was set using task changer.

Yeah, the stuttering is only for stack.

Turn on 'centre the currently running app'. That way it looks less buggy.
