it's not so compulsory to get android updates forever but nougat and marshmallows are good and lasts longer and better for the phones

Yes bro , I really respect what you mean but you know with the passage of time new features come about that old features although viable get distorted and not as profitable as new ones For instance the AR emoji , Live focus , featured camera , nice designing , iris scanner , face recognition , charismatic themes , Dolby and surrounded sound and so many things else

samsung promises 2 major update to every flagship phone, s7 launched with 6.0 now running with 8.0 & now got july security patch after that battery usuage improved... what more you need?
