Does someone know logical explanation as to why Samsung doesn't make Good Guardians Suite available to India users?

You can use Good Guardians on your device using this method:
* Remove the SIM card from your device.
* Connect to a Wi-Fi network (Wi-Fi router or any other device hotspot).
* Download a VPN app from the Google Play Store and connect to a US server (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lipisoft.quickvpn).
* Go to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Store > Force stop and Clear data & Clear cache in Storage.
* Open the Galaxy Store, search for Good Guardians, and download it.

Method you have shared tricks Samsung Store to believe you are having U.S. device. I use simpler method, I use apkmirror.com. Question is why Samsung does not release it officially in India?
