I've a S20FE 4G.

We all agree on the point that Samsung's Exynos processor is garbage. (If you think otherwise don't read any further)

For my next mobile should I go with a Samsung with Snapdragon processor? Like A52s 

Or I should move to another brand? My range is around 40k. And I'll prefer a mobile with small form factor and light weight. Any suggestions?

If possible wait till January- February. S21fe is will apparently launch in Jan, you can get that if it launches with SD processor.

Hello bro , i am using samsung Galaxy A52s 5G..... everything is good but there are some cons which i want to say
1. No haptic feedback
2 . Black color crush issue most often.
3. Phone gets warm quickly even if using lite apps for about 5 min..
Maybe it can be fixed through software update. Because the snapdragon 778G is a decent processor and if optimized properly can compete with Mediatek dimsity 1200...

Then I think Samsung's optimisation is buggy.

In S20FE 5G also heating issue is present despite having SD865.

And yes 778G is a good processor.

No such issues you mentioned above in my S20 FE 5G

Compact phone for you will be iphone 11.

Else wait for A73 5G. Or S21 FE.

The only problem I find with iPhone 11 is LCD display and IPhone 12 won't come to eveb 45k during sales. So can't switch to Apple.
