Hello

I am facing an issue with the camera/gallery app.
Some of the pics that I click are saved half
(See image below)

This happened after I updated my phone ( S10+) to android 10 in December.
I have tried numerous times clear data of the camera as well as the gallery app, even I did factory reset 3 times. But it didnt solve this issue.
This is a android 10 bug I think.
I contacted Samsung but they only suggest clear app data but that didn't solve the issue.
I dont know if I am the only one facung the issue.

In order to examine the issue occurring in your device, kindly send us the error log files using Samsung member application by following below mentioned path-

Open Samsung member app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error reports>attach log file.

Note: For better assistance, please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
