Gallery and File Manager are not working in S8Plus

Is anybody getting same problem. Gallery and File Managers are not working. In Gallery, swipe left and right not working and it is not loading next image.

1 year old mobile..

1)check if you have enough space available on your phone.
2)if the pics are on SD card..check it if you are able to access it.
3)Backup your pics somewhere else and try to clear the cache and data of galary apps from settings-->Apps

1. 20GB available
2. no SD card inserted
3. cleared cache.
and followed all steps mentioned from samsung to boost up but still no use. unlucky
