GalaxyS10 plus camera freezes / slugging

Hey guys, I have observed my s10 plus camera freezes n gets slugging. Any solutions

Clear camera cache and reset camera settings..now check..because I am not facing such issue..

thnx Sidhabhi, I have cleared d camera Cache!! after restarting d camera is not sluggish or freezing!! will observe d same for a few days

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > camera > storage > clear cache and clear data > go back > force stop.

2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > Error report/ Ask Questions).
