Can any one explain please why i am still lwft out from tab a11.form fill kerdya call Bhi ai thi week pehly k ajayga apka.. abhi tak aya nai.. i am From karachi

Mjhe bhi ni mila call 14th April ko ayi thi kaha tha 2 weeks mei milega.. baki helpline and WhatsApp support per 6th April confirm kiya tha aur 2 weeks hi kaha tha.. but no update. I am from Lahore
