Galaxy s25 heating issue

Hello community, 

Anyone facing s25 overheating issue with normal phone use.

I have just used the phone for a month and getting heating issue while just operating normally.. taking a video call or booking a ride.. and this is happening in winters.. not sure if phone will survive the summers..

I had a session with Samsung support where they asked to update optimal settings which I already had done..

It would help if anyone got any solution or should I ask Samsung for replacement?

I came from using One Plus to Samsung, initial outlook not good..

Yes I have overheating issue . I purchased this phone today. My phone get extremely hot in normal use. Sorry for bad English

Feel sorry but glad to know its not only me.. It seems they missed something during phone assembly or something..
@vipinxx4 I'll recommend reaching out to their customer support asap, maybe they'll process you for soon or better help in return or replacement since its only a day..
Let's see how many days they keep me going to-and-fro since more than a month has passed.
I did notice slight heating initially but just thought its normal charging problem..
Winters helped me notice this issue more..

Mai bhi Oneplus se Samsung pe switch kiya hu . . .but . . .mere device mai heating issue ab tak nahi dikha hai . . . Mare device mai tonsab theek hai

Do try and observe if it does during a whatsapp video call or trying booking a uber, taking photos/videos for 5-10 mins
