Hey guys,

I've been having some trouble with my Galaxy S24 Ultra. Sometimes when I'm using apps like YouTube or the phone call app, my phone just freezes up and doesn't respond. I have to restart it with the power button to get it working again.

Backup the data from settings and do a factory reset. That would resolve most of the software related issues.

I know that method, but factory resetting shouldn't be the solution for a flagship phone that's only been used for 3 months.

Try it, and if it doesn't work, you should contact Samsung customer service or go to the nearest Samsung service center in your country. #Samsung #CustomerService #TechSupport

Your device may freeze or become unresponsive due to insufficient Memory and Storage space. If this is the case, try the following steps.

First, check your device's Memory and Storage space.

Step 1. Go to Settings, then select Device care.
Step 2. Check the remaining storage space by selecting Storage and memory space by selecting Memory.

If there is insufficient space on your device, you can clear the cache by optimizing your device. Optimization closes apps running in the background, manages abnormal battery usage, and scans for crashed apps and malware. Follow the steps below to optimize your device.

Step 1. Go to Settings and select Device care.

Step 2. Tap Optimize now.

Step 3. Once optimized, tap Done to finish

Check your device in Safe mode
Perform a Factory data reset
