My samsung s22 ultra free gift redemtion code is invalid its not what a pathetic experience with samsung really disappointed by samsung i also called samsung on their helpline they said they would call me and solve my issue its been 3 days they didnt even called me back pathetic service by samsung

Brother mine also said invalid on my first 10 tries. Lol. Than it was accepted after 2 to 3 hours

I have tried for 3 days it says invalid code i also called samsung about the issue but they didnt fix it

Brother wait for 10th April abd try again. Rest assured no worries Samsung will fix it. It is a problem on their part.

Lol samsung is **bleep** they even removed my complain when i called them just now they siad that i didnt register any complain they are so pathetic really bad service from samsung

Very poor behaviour on samsung part. Consumer after paking 250k should and must expect some professionalism. Kindly do update further on your issue in case of any new development.
