I have green line issue on my mobile. Last year this month I got this same issue when I contact support centre they have provide the free service bcoz due to software issue. Again it become the same issue now. I contact the support team they also verified and confirmed that there is no issue on my mobile and due to this happen software issue only. Since I bought this mobile in 3 year I am facing this issue 2 times. If it happening how to trust your brand and will buy in future
It is a software issue but there's still no explanation by the company on how it happens on some selected devices. Many user's also the one's using non samsung phones have faced the same issue. Mostly it is said that dropping your phone causes the hardware problems overtime...
