Hangsung software is world worst software.. 😆 if by chance you update it via mobile data or wifi then in future anything can happened.. thatswhy they told to flash it by service center.. i always flash firmware then also issue 😆

Bro visit service center and flash last firmware from them .. if problem solved then it's ok otherwise you have to replace battery + i think hangsung halwai also destroyed your device battery thatswhy you also involved in topic😆😆

I have a s10+ working great for almost 3 years, the only time i got drain issue is because is installed some apps, it's not always manufacturers fault and your kind of users should not be here giving any advice as you don't know anything other than ranting and whining.
