Galaxy s10 Fingerprint scanner is not working properly last 3 days.

My Fingerprint scanner is not working properly last 3 days.

I tested from my phone through *#0*# there are giving me same Fail massage you can see on picture.

How can resolve this issue please help me.

Delete your earlier prints and register fresh fingerprints..restart your device and check, if it is working fine or not?

I did a hard reset yesterday but still not working

Then wait for this june update or else i would suggest you to visit nearest service center asap and get it checked.

But make sure to move your finger in different directions during registration to ensure that the scanner captures a few more angles of the contours of the skin..

clean your fingerprint scanner with microfiber clothes
