Galaxy SWe recommend sending an error report immediately after the phenomenon occurs. So we can identify the error in the system log and check what causes it.
To attach a system log go to Samsung Members > 'Support' > select the "Error Reports" category > select the topic and then describe the phenomenon in detail at the bottom of the page and make sure that sending the system log is marked V.
