I purchased mine on 8th of March. And I still havent received it.

I pre-ordered my s21 and also haven't received the gift yet, i had asked them about it since it's been about 3 months that I've waited and they kept saying they don't have stock, but it's hard to believe that they don't have stock after 3 months!! It's pathetic

I phoned Samsung a total of 7 times. They emailed me back once saying my claim is validated, back in April 16.

I purchased my phone on 8th of March.

This is honestly the most unprofessional service I have received from Samsung
