Galaxy Themes Language

Anyone knows how to change the galaxy themes/store in english? So annoying it is in english before and now it's in arabic.

Change System Language
• Go to Settings > General Management > Language > Add or select English as the primary language.
Galaxy Themes follows the system language, so changing this should revert it to English

If it's in English, what else is the problem?

I mean the language in Settings>General Management. But the store/themes is still in arabic
