Galaxy S9 > Quick Tools > Compass Issue

There seems to be issue with Compass in edge panel location displayed issue. It keeps popping check your network connection and try again.
GPS is on
Network is full
So is WiFi 
No issues with connectivity
Can someone help me out with this?
This is a useful app for me but constant reboot or clearing cache is not the solution

both indoor and outdoor quick tools have the problem
