Galaxy S9 Battery Drain and Heating issue

Battery life on S9 and S9+ is alarmingly poor. Also phone heats up even by watching YouTube videos. This needs an urgent fix.

I have already performed Safe mode operation and performed factory reset twice.

Absolutely no use visiting your Service Center. Those guys don't even know what safe mode is. All that was recommended is keep the device and we will check. Even for such a premium device no backup device is offered.
