lag is a part of android
tiny bit of lag may be there
they may fix in this july security patch

yes it's not a problem it's a settings given by Samsung for longevity for amoled screen

I dont know about the longevity but if i am recording anything from camera then the brightness dims for a second and recording stops thats the problem.
