Galaxy S8 weather app not working

Galaxy S8 doesn't locate current location. whenever I click the weather widget it popup and saying couldn't find location try to retry.. I already cleared cache and reset app preference and start the phone in safe mode also. still it doesn't work. See the attachment.

maybe a problem with internet connection

no issues with internet. tested with Wi-Fi 40mbps and jio 20mbps and airtel 4g. still not working

hello phoneexpert. Turn on GPS is very basic step. I did everything before even posting this info here.
