Samsung is now rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones. The update brings the latest security patch, December 2019 security patch.

• Galaxy S8+: G955FXXS6DSL2

CHANGELOG:

• The security of your device has been improved.

AVAILABILITY:

This update is currently available in Germany and the UK and it is expected to be available in other regions soon.

If you want to check for the update manually, you can head into the device Settings then into the Software update menu and tap on the Download and install option.
