Galaxy S8 Android update

Samsung earlier announced that s8, along with various devices will get Android Pie update sometime in 2019, but dismissed about getting One UI to S8 and Note8, which were the flagships just one year ago! 
Making the Android Pie update for S8 uncertain and will it even have One UI ? 
The only thing I hate about Samsung is that how quickly they stop supporting their older devices INCLUDING their own flagships!

@uk29 contradicts to official announcement, I cannot believe the leaks by Ice Universe no matter how credible he is, Samsung did say no to Tom's Guide.
though I believe it turns out to be true, but then that means it will be delayed soo much that Android 10 would already be teased by google
