I am using S7 edge and am pretty much happy with the phone, but, since couple of weeks whenever I am pressing play button to watch any video or tapping to take a picture or increasing or decreasing the volume button, my cellphone gets switched off and then re starts.
Can anyone help me out with this issue please as I don't want to take the device to Restore factory settings.
