you should get battery replacement as your device is 4 years 6 months old if purchased in March 2016.

and if regular basis do reset/format your device with proper backup

I think all Smartphones are not manufacture on Release date only.

Old battery with 4g Volte network might be the culprit here. Battery degrades from the date of manufacturing even if the battery isn't used at all.

Dear Samsung Support team,

I completly agree that we have bunch of idiots in the Samsung Support team. but if you are not one of them then you could see that Screenshot was taken from same menu that you are talking about.
