Galaxy S25 to equip 3nm Samsung chipsets

Tipster @TheGalox_ claims that Samsung would introduce its first 3nm process-based smartphone processor in early 2025. The Exynos 2500, which could debut with the Galaxy S25 series will be manufactured by Samsung 3nm process technology.

The company is using a new GAA (Gate All Around) transistor architecture for the advanced semiconductors.
