Samsung Galaxy S25 series’ younger sibling, the Galaxy S25 Edge, is set to be unveiled in Q2, 2025 (somewhere in April), with a lot of rumors and reports already being circulated across the internet. Meanwhile, a recent report claims to confirm its price tag for South Korean fans, asserting its price to be the second highest, following the S25 Ultra.
According to the leaker, Jukanlosreve, via the reports presented by the Korean news outlet Fnnews, Samsung Electronics is preparing to launch the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge priced at 1.63 million won ($1200) in the domestic market (South Korea).
Surprisingly, the reports claim this price tag to be the second highest among all four smartphones in Samsung’s latest Galaxy S25 series, following the high-end Ultra model.
Meanwhile, the industrial source reveals that the Galaxy S25 Edge’s 256GB variant has been priced at 1,500,000 won, while the 512GB unit will be priced at 1.63 million won (which means 1,630,000 Korean won). Alternatively, the source further asserted that there will not be any 1TB variant of the S25 Edge.
On the comparison side, Samsung launched the top model of the Galaxy S25 family, the S25 Ultra, at 1,698,400 won for the 256GB variant, while the 512GB model was priced at 1,841,400 won. Therefore, if in any case the price tag of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge is to be believed, then the device will surely be launched with a second highest price tag designation, after the S25 Ultra.
With the Galaxy S25 Edge already showcased via a short teaser at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 and even displayed at the MWC 2025 event in Spain, the pricing confirmation hints that the device is commencing soon in South Korea and will be released sequentially in other major markets, such as the US.
