Hello friends

Since I bought my S24 Ultra I'm noticing that whenever I charge my phone to 100%, it drains to 99% just within 4 5 seconds.

Is it normal or my phone has issue ?

Please let me know

I also experience similar on mine

Coming from the S23 Ultra it definitely doesn't feel like it lasts long

But I am sure the Software Update that's coming will help with all these bugs

Samsung has a few things to work on with this phone...I hope it all aligns well with the updates

Having same battery issue. The s23u out the box was hands down better battery wise. Let's hope first official update fixes it

Yes, let's just wait for an update.
Because when we complain to samsung care, they also tell the same thing that it will be fixed after an update

Try turning on battery power saver.

Brand new phones tend to consume battery. This is because your phone will be learning your usage patterns and that's how it will best optimise your apps and battery. It's normal

The phone just learns your usage pattern by learning how you use your phone and what apps you use, putting the ones you don’t use in sleep or deep sleep etc. I guess if you used your phone a different way everyday then it would still notice you using those ‘main’ apps that you are using.
