Galaxy S
I have a Galaxy S24 FE. For the past week, I have been in situation where I had to use my mobile hotspot to run my company computer for extended periods. I have noticed while the hotpot is active my battery drains very quickly and also heats up quite significantly, up 46°C since I've update to One UI 8....has anyone experienced this?

Hey man, it's not a one ui 8 problem. All phoens are not meant to be used for extended periods of time with respect to hotspotting. Phones are generally used to hotspot other devices for short periods of time. Also a laptop is data intensive to, you can't expect any less, the phone is also using data. If you are even using 5G that is even worse. You can expect heating on any operating system then Hotspotting. Also we dont know your workload on your laptop, are you gaming or opening heart excel docs
