Galaxy S22 ultra no notification sounds after update

After july 2022 security patch update i've lost notification sounds. I checked each and every possible option in settings, everything is enabled. I was hoping that august security patch will fix it, but unfortunately it didn't. Any idea how to get this issue fixed ?

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out my a technician and help resolve the issue. 

Find the nearest service center near you online, or on Samsung.com, or by calling the call center or passing by one of the Samsung brand stores.

Am not facing that issue. Check if you may have a Bixby routine cause the issue

Same here with my S20 FE and I do not have a service center or brand store anywhere near me. Hopefully, Samsung will figure this out soon and fix it.
