Dear Community,

I'm so excited and happy to introduce the latest Samsung feature to everyone!

I’ve had this feature for a while, initially with just 3 lines, but in the last 12 hours, I’ve gained 2 more, bringing the total to 5 beutiful and bright green lines. It’s quite an impressive upgrade, and I encourage everyone to update their software to experience it soon.

With this new feature, the Samsung mobile experience truly stands out. You can clearly see and use your phone with these lines, and don’t worry—your eyes and brain won't act abnormally to the bright lines. It’s a drastic improvement over the previous, line-free experience!

The pain of spending huge money for such a short life so called flagship devices cannot be expressed in words. I tried to contact them through mail, no proper response. I visited service center they rejected due to a small scratch on the side. I made a post on community page no response from samsung side.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

So you haven't seen the feature only on ultra!???. It's horizontal thick line on top of sreen adjacent to the camera.

Being the best smartphone company in the world and my personal favorite of all time, I didn't expect this kind of irresponsible customer service from your end.

I humbly request for atleast a screen replacement for the concerned person.

Being an hardware engineer I myself know that this is not a big issue that cannot be within a day or so.

So please help here:

Yes bro, these kind of irresponsible approach from samsung side is so disappointing.
They should be responsible for the issues caused by the software which damaged the display pixels, maybe the connector or its cable due to voltage variations or temperature variations.
