Lets share here the known bugs or bugs you have experienced till now with One UI 4.0 beta 2 !

Not a bug but a suggestion,
Do send feedback to improve animations.
Currently app folder animation is bad.
If you close app folder which is inside app drawer by pressing home button the folder vanishes.

Will m31s is eligible to get android 12 UI 4
0 update ?

Not likely ! There is no mention of Galaxy M31s in Samsung's list of eligible devices for Android 12 update.

But in my phone not one hi 4.0 and I have also galaxy s21 ultra

Check for this banner in Samsung Members App from your S21Ultra !
And then click "Join Now" in that banner.
Then go to "Software Update" in Settings.

You should get the update there..
