Galaxy S21 plus heats alot

Its my first time buying a samsung phone that too the flagship one..

This is heating a lot.. whenever I do multitask for around 30 mins or so..

And when the data is syncing like the whatsapp backup phone is heated up like HeLL!

Dont know what to do my oneplus never heated up like this.

For a 80k price phone is this the perfomance level I cant even talk to someone without earphone that much hot it gets. 

Phone is all up to date.

5g Modem network is also off(read somewhere on samsung to do so)

Please give a solution.

Try to do factory reset

Bought it 3 days ago.. and I have around 120gb data its hard again to migrate. I read somewhere this issue is with many of the users.

It will heat some more time because a lot of synchronization is going on in the background. After sometime it behaves normally.
