Galaxy S21 free gifts redemption

I just got my new pre-order S21. I have logged in to samsung account. But when I open samsung members to redeem the free gifts offer, it is showing nothing. Anyone else also has this issue?

First you have to login to your samsung account in the galaxy store or samsung id setup then it will work....

you have to insert sim card
