Has anybody been having issues with their Galaxy S21 Ultra lately, since the Jan update my phone is constantly heating up on its own , my screen os freezing constantly. Device gets stuck when being unlocked, my notification panel doesn't respond and sometimes opens up blank for like 10 seconds. Even typing is an issue. I have constant network problems (checked coverage with Isp and other users on same Isp).I haven't downloaded anything on my device as I use it mostly for work and I also haven't installed any new apps .
I honestly hate my phone right now , my oldest samsung phone my s4 mini is more responsive. Any advice would be glady appreciated

Soft reset is actually rebooting, u hold volume down + power button until it switches off whereas wiping cache partition differs with models, try connecting the phone with a cable to PC then hold volume up + power button until the phone shows Samsung logo with Android logo when the recovery menu appears you'll have to use volume up to move up and volume down to move down, you'd have to select wipe cache partition using the POWER key, after that scroll to reboot phone.

Same here. My phone is lagging a lot with this new update. This was a terrible mistake to update

Try performing a soft reset and wipe cache partition, if it persists do a factory reset but backup your data first.

@iamjuatnjabs, so a soft reset is basically wiping cache partition?

Actually, how do you go about doing a soft reset ?
