Galaxy S21 Ultra Over Heating

Visited again samsung service center for my S21Ultra overheating and this time they told processor will use more power during video calling and overheating is normal.

I used WhatsApp video call for just 10minutes and I can't touch the left side top of the phone it's heating like pan.

If this extremely poor quality processor overheats for just using camera for 10min why samsung put this one in this phone which is there high end and charging double the price of competitors.

Better avoid samsung go with apple or for android oneplus is far better, oneplus phone will never overheat for using camera or using browser.

I have not play games on s21ultra May it will burn my hand.

I have the same issue over heat after 15 minutes of vedio call.

I do have the same problem. but occasionally. try see disabling 5G and run battery test and optimize. high screen brightness heats up the device too.
and if you are using wireless charger, pause it for a while and use the normal power brick. hope this helps
